DESCRIPTION
P-528 Paint Remover is a very strong cold dip paint remover specially designed for removing synthetic
paint finishes. P-528 is a two-phase product comprising a lower layer of strong solvent for stripping off
the paint as well as an upper layer aqueous aolution designed to prevent evaporation of solvent.

PRECAUTION MEASURE
(a) Corrosive to skin! Handle with extra care. Wear chemical resistant glove, goggle while handling.
(b) Bottom layer of solvent is flammable. Keep away from spark, heat and naked flame. DO NOT
smoke while handling.
(c) DO NOT agitate or shake the drum before open. It will create high pressure internally.
(d) Contains M.C. & T.C.E. DO NOT swallow or contact with skin. Refer to MSDS for first-aid
measures.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Pour the full drum of P-528 into a cold dip tank. If whole drum is not used, mix the content well before
de-caning. Remove heavy soil / dust / dirt from the parts to be stripped. Immerse and remove stripped
process will take about 2 – 15 minutes. Occasionally remove sludge from bottom tank to avoid
deterioration of the product.

Appearance : Slightly Milky.

Odor : peculiar sweet bitter odor.
Specific Gravity : 1.05 @ 25°C
DISPOSAL METHOD
Dispose in accordance to incineration method.
SHELF LIFE
2 years in unopened container, stored in dry and cool place.
